Other resorts may have their Picabo's & Mosley's, but Mt. Rose - Ski Tahoe has an event that brings out the biggest star of all (and many of his carbon copies). ELVIS DAY, our tribute to the birth of the "King" is second to none as Mt. Rose virtually becomes a sea of Elvi. Chances are Elvis will issue your lift ticket, fit your skis and even teach your lesson. Staff in the true spirit of the day don there favorite Elvis wear - especially his signature sideburns, chrome shades and the unmistakable "Thank you very much". Elvis appears on the Saturday closest to the King's official birthday.
